For ease of communication throughout this document, the terms “you” and “your” refers to the users of pinklinkpages.com.  This includes both women registering their businesses on the site as well as the public who may come to look at these directory listings.  The terms “we” and “us” refers to the owners of pinklinkpages.com and FemmeSpeak, LLC, including its agents, employees, contractors, and all other stakeholders. Although we use the term Pink Link Pages throughout most of this document, it implies and warrants the same behavior of FemmeSpeak! LLC and it stakeholders (sub-contractors, employees, volunteers, interns, etc)

Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide Pinlinkpages.com "as is", "with all faults" and "as available." Your use of Pinklinkpages.com is at your own risk.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Indemnification
Upon a request by us, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees that arise from your use or misuse of Pink Link Pages.com. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses

Changes to the Services/Modifications:
Please note that these terms and conditions may be modified at anytime that we determine that modification to be necessary.  All modifications will be posted on pinklinkpages.com and such modifications will become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. Directory Listings:
You must provide true, accurate, current and complete registration information. You agree to keep this information up-to-date. You represent and warrant that (a) you have the full power, authority, and legal capacity to enter into the Agreement and follow its obligations (b) if you are registering on behalf of a company or other entity, you have the authority to bind your principal or employer company, and (c) all information that you provide is true and current.

Eligibility:
By completing the pinklinkpages.com registration form, you are representing yourself as an adult woman who is at least 18 years of age or older.  Further you agree that the information you are providing on the registration form is TRUE, ACCURATE, CURRENT AND COMPLETE INFORMATION

If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you are prohibited from using or registering for the Pinklinkpages.com website.  

Copyright:
The entire Website is copyrighted. Certain articles or materials within the Website also may be separately copyrighted by us or by others, as indicated. You may not give access to your listing, or disclose your password to others (other than pinklinkpages employees assisting in resolving technical issues).  It is recommended that you change your password.

You may not harvest content for the purposes of sending spam or other forms of unsolicited communications.

You may create one printout of such content for your internal use but may not further distribute printouts or copy, download, store, publish, transmit, transfer, sell or otherwise use the content on the pinklinkpagis.com website in any form or by any means, unless expressly permitted by FemmeSpeak, LLC. Additionally, you may not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual to access and copy our database or store or use the content to create an archival, searchable database of the Content. You represent and warrant to us that your conduct on  pinklinkpages.com will at all times comply with the terms of this Agreement and  that you have the authority to post such content.  Additionally you agree that such submission do not violate any trade secrets, confidential information, or violate any securities laws; and in the event your content contains the name, image, video, audio or participation by individuals, performers or entities other than you, that you have obtained such parties’ consent to their appearance or use of their contribution in the Content that you upload.  You also agree to indemnify and hold pinklinkpages.com and FemmeSpeak, LLC harmless from all claims, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) arising out of any content posted or published by you that are in breach of this section.

All business listings are subject to final approval by pinklinkpages.com and FemmeSpeak, :LLC, which in their sole discretion may reject any business listing request for any reason.  NO reason needs to be offered by us.  This directory is wholly owned and operated at the full discretion of PinbklinkPges.com and FemmeSpeak, LLC.

Business Listing Service Participation
This Business Listing in the Pink Link Pages Directory shall be effective on the date you receive email confirmation that your listing was added to the Pink Link Pages Directory and will continue for one year.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  You may delete your listing at anytime during the year by accessing your account through “My Listing Management” and erasing the content.

Billing Problems and Disputes.
You must notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 60 days after they first appear on the statement you receive from your bank. If you do not bring such problems or discrepancies to our attention within 60 days, you agree that you waive the right to dispute such problems or discrepancies

Electronic Contracting and Notices
When you make purchases or register for PinkLinkPages.com, it constitutes your electronic signature to this Agreement and your consent to enter into agreements with us electronically. You also agree that we may send to you in electronic form any privacy or other notices, terms, disclosures, reports, documents, communications or other records regarding PinkLinkPages.com (collectively, "Notices") or anything related to your use of Pink Link Pages.com. We can send you electronic Notices (1) to the e-mail address that you provided to us during registration; (2) by telephone; or (2) by posting the Notice on the applicable web page of PinkLinkPages.com. The delivery of any Notice from us is effective when sent by us, regardless of whether you read the Notice when you receive it or whether you actually receive the delivery. You can withdraw your consent to receive Notices electronically by canceling or discontinuing your use of the applicable service.
All contracts completed electronically will be deemed for all legal purposes to be in writing and legally enforceable as a signed writing.

Use of Information posted on Pink Link Pages
You agree that Pink Link Pages is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in any User Content you send to the Sites or PINK LINK PAGES, for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and or services using such User Content; or creating informational articles based on or advertising our products and services, and without compensation of any kind. You further perpetually and irrevocably grant PINK LINK PAGES the unconditional right to use and exploit your name, persona and likeness included in any User Content and in connection with any User Content, without any obligation or compensation to you. YOUR CONNECTIONS, CORRESPONDENCE AND BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH OTHERS FOUND ON OR THROUGH THE SITES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, AND ANY TERMS, CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SUCH DEALINGS, ARE SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THE THIRD PARTY.
